As a Treasury Sales Associate in Middle Market Banking – Healthcare, Higher Education & Nonprofit (HHN) segment, you will play a crucial role in achieving new sales targets, managing client relationships, and promoting portfolio growth. You will be part of a three-year development plan designed to enhance your skills and prepare you for more senior roles within the Treasury Solutions, such as a Treasury Management Officer position. You will collaborate with Treasury Management Officers to support their sales targets and portfolio growth. You will also serve as a secondary officer, supporting Treasury Sales activities within a diverse portfolio of clients. This role offers you the opportunity to work with clients ranging in size from $50 Million in revenue to over $1 Billion.

Job ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Collaborate with the Treasury Management Officer (TMO) on client proposals to identify appropriate Treasury solutions, perform cost and benefit analysis, competitive pricing and run profitability modelsÂ
- Assist with client call preparation by creating relationship review materials, pitch books, account plans, and conducting customer research, work on and contribute to Requests for Proposals (RFPs)Â
- Work with TMOs on pricing and profitability modelsÂ
- Develop an understanding of clients’ Treasury cash management structure and objectivesÂ
- Coordinate with product partners to develop comprehensive Treasury solutionsÂ
- Develop and understand competitors’ products and positioning within the client & marketÂ
- Partner with TMOs throughout the sales cycle to manage pipeline and ensure services and pricing are set up timely and accuratelyÂ
- Collaborate with internal partners to ensure successful implementation, product ramp-up and accurate pricing and billingÂ
- Partner and collaborate with bankers and internal product partners to best serve the client

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and SkillsÂ
- Bachelor’s DegreeÂ
- Three plus years’ relevant banking and treasury experienceÂ
- Time management, organizational and planning skills with proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentÂ
- Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to mobilize internal networks and resourcesÂ
- Ability to understand Treasury Solutions products, pricing philosophy, and billing process and proceduresÂ
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)Â
- Ambition to develop into an individual sales contributorÂ
- Team player with demonstrated problem solving skills
- Ability to travel for in person meetings with clients and prospects

- Interest in working with experienced Treasury partners to recognize a client’s cash flow needs and apply appropriate banking solutionsÂ
- Sales, portfolio management or relationship management experienceÂ
