As a Treasury Management Officer in Middle Market Banking, you will generate new treasury management business and maintain relationships with clients. You will leverage your deep treasury product knowledge to develop and execute a localized market and product strategy while developing partnerships with Bankers, Client Service, Product Leadership (Core Cash, Card and Commerce Solutions) and Implementation teams.  Â

Job ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Grow revenue by successfully prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while retaining and expanding existing customer relationships. Â
- Create strategic dialogues around key client-centric issues, incorporating best practices, industry benchmarking, opportunity quantification and solution positioningÂ
- Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior and strategic levels to proactively provide integrated treasury solutions within a consultative and client driven frameworkÂ
- Lead business process reviews aligned to key client sales opportunities and engage industry solutions specialist for complex client business process reviewsÂ
- Raise new solution ideas while partner with internal product stakeholders to represent the client perspective in the development and evolution of complex products and solutions Â
- Deliver thought leadership to the market, prospects and clients on the working capital solutions at client roundtables, industry conferences, webinars, and professional media platforms.Â
- Manage the non-credit risk for customer portfolio and monitor and enhance profitability of all assigned relationshipsÂ

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and SkillsÂ
- 10+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experienceÂ
- Success developing new business with focus on prospecting utilizing strong selling and negotiation skillsÂ
- Knowledge and understanding of Treasury Service products, credit and risk process, overdraft management discipline, and pricing philosophyÂ
- Excellent verbal and written communication skillsÂ
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, external centers of influence (COI), and external consulting organizationÂ
- Strong time management, organizational and planning skillsÂ
- Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals; proven top individual contributorÂ

- Certified Treasury Professional designationÂ
