Detailed Description: |
Research, analyze, evaluate, and administer USD’s benefit programs. Responsible for managing employee leaves of absence as well as WorkDay benefits system administration and reporting. Duties and Responsibilities: Benefit Plan Administration This position will collaborate with the benefits team and the broader HR team to support the management of day-to-day operations for the benefits function. These activities may include but are not limited to:
HRIS Maintenance and DevelopmentÂ
Leaves of Absence
Benefits Compliance Stays current on U.S. health care legislation and any proposed changes, providing recommendations and action plans on potential changes necessary for compliance.

Posting Salary: |
