Qualifications:Â

Bachelor’s degree in biology, bioengineering or relevant area of scientific research;Â

Experience with design, execution, and analysis of diverse cell biology and tissue engineering experiments;Â

Strong written and verbal communication skills;Â

Extensive experience documenting, analyzing, interpreting experimental data;Â

Excellent organizational skills;Â

Experience with 3D bioprinting preferred, but not .Â
Skills:Â

2+ years of mammalian cell culture;Â

3D culture systems;Â

L/D, IHC, RT-qPCR, Flow analysis, and ELISA;Â

Fluorescence and confocal microscopy
Systemic Bio is a 3D Systems subsidiary based in Houston, TX, focused on the development of human vascularized organ and disease models to be used for drug discovery and development. As a Research Associate, you will:Â

Work with the Systemic Bio team to develop and test new products pertaining to our organ-on-a-chip platformÂ

Test and improve product workflowsÂ

Run cell-based experiments that validate the function of organs and diseases developed with our technologyÂ
