  Purpose

Manage
  business operations in assigned divisions to achieve company goals. Communicate
  with Buyers, Category Managers and Customers Leadership to ensure customer
  satisfaction and promote the sale of new products.

Position Requirements 

 

Education

Business management, Project management, or
  related technical field.

Degree
 

Bachelor’s degree

Experience

5+ years of experience in CPG or Produce experience

5+ years management and supervisory experience in related field

Language

English Required

 

3.      
Key Job Accountabilities (3-5)

 

1.

Evaluate division performance and recommend new strategies for performance
  improvements.

2.

Address business inquiries from customers and team members in a
  professional manner.

3.

Identify resources, assign workloads and manage schedules to ensure
  timely deliveries.

4.

Keep abreast of competition, are growth trends, market studies and other
  circumstances of possible impact on regional operations.

5.

Develop new business programs to meet productivity and revenue goals.
