Production Planner

Compensation:  $71,000-$80,000

**Job Summary**:

The Production Planner will be responsible for managing production schedules and ensuring timely completion of tasks to meet company deadlines. This role requires close collaboration with manufacturing, warehousing, and shipping departments to optimize production processes and meet critical timelines. The planner will also consolidate reports, analyze data, and provide actionable recommendations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

– Develop short- and long-term production schedules based on customer orders and inventory needs.

– Collaborate with various departments to meet production deadlines.

– Identify opportunities for process improvements.

– Compile and analyze data from multiple sources.

– Generate reports and daily production forms.

**Basic Qualifications**:

– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

– Minimum of 5 years of experience in production scheduling.

– Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.

– Proficiency in generating and understanding reports for decision-making.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

– Experience in manufacturing or production industries.

– Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma is preferred.
