As a Product Delivery Manager within the Commercial Bank’s Data, Analytics and Technology Team, you will be instrumental in supporting and implementing AI/ML and LLM initiatives. Your role will involve planning, product operations, and ensuring the successful execution of project delivery, promoting delivery in partnership with technology and line of business partners. This role is an integral part of the Data Analytics and Technology Chief Operations Office Product Delivery Team, offering you the opportunity to contribute to a world-class data and analytics product team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end project management of LLM implementations and delivery, including but not limited to planning, governance, and development processes
- Establish, execute, and adjust AI/ML and LLM delivery frameworks in a highly regulated, yet rapidly evolving business environment
- Align product OKRs with Product Management and stakeholders
- Communicate updates and status to executive management on an ongoing basis
- Align and collaborate closely with corporate functions, product, technology, design, and line of business partners, to objectives and expected outcomesÂ
- Use Product Management tools to drive visibility, manage dependencies and document risks for the entire program team (JIRA/JIRA Align)Support synchronization of delivery through product and technical teams and processes
- Anticipate and eliminate roadblocks to find solutions for issues, bottlenecks, and cross-project resource contention challenges to run projects smoothly and without disruption;
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
- 5+ years of project management experience with AI/ML and LLM products
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration) is required.Â
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Able to tell a story through data and analytics with outcome and Key Results-driven mindset
- Able to operate independently, with a high-level of initiative and willingness to take ownership of projects and tasks, even when not directly assigned
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with keen attention to detail
- Present to varying audiences, peers and senior leaders
Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:Â
- Working knowledge JIRA and proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Strong PowerPoint skills)
- Preferred familiarity / experience with Financial Services, QlikSense and/or Tableau, CRM Tools (e.g. Salesforce / Dynamics)
- PMP and/or Agile certification, preferred but not required
- Advanced degree is a plus
