We are seeking an experienced Outside
Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive,
results-driven professional with a passion for architectural products. This
role involves building and nurturing relationships with commercial clients,
presenting our products, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and develop
relationships with top architects, designers, and developers. - Conduct presentations,
including AIA continuing education sessions, to showcase our products. - Independently create and
execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets. - Collaborate with internal
teams to ensure seamless project execution. - Travel as needed to meet
clients and attend industry events. - Embrace a hybrid
approach, allowing for virtual meetings when appropriate.
Qualifications:
Experience: Multiple years in an outside sales role,
preferably in architectural or construction-related industries.
Skills:
- Strong communication and
presentation skills. - Self-motivated and able
to work independently. - Familiarity with
architectural products and working directly with architects. - Proficient in virtual
meeting tools. - Proficient in Microsoft
Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc…)
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Compensation: Competitive base salary + commission +
benefits package.
