We are seeking an experienced Outside
Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive,
results-driven professional with a passion for architectural products. This
role involves building and nurturing relationships with commercial clients,
presenting our products, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and develop
    relationships with top architects, designers, and developers.

  • Conduct presentations,
    including AIA continuing education sessions, to showcase our products.

  • Independently create and
    execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.

  • Collaborate with internal
    teams to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Travel as needed to meet
    clients and attend industry events.

  • Embrace a hybrid
    approach, allowing for virtual meetings when appropriate.

Qualifications:

Experience: Multiple years in an outside sales role,
preferably in architectural or construction-related industries.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and
    presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated and able
    to work independently.

  • Familiarity with
    architectural products and working directly with architects.

  • Proficient in virtual
    meeting tools.

  • Proficient in Microsoft
    Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc…)

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Compensation: Competitive base salary + commission +
benefits package.
