Oracle AR/Expense Production Support Analyst – Technology Specialist II – Digital and Technology Partners – Remote, Req#3021916
The Information Technology Specialist II consults with business partners to define requirements and develop solution alternatives and estimates in Oracle Cloud Accounts Receivable, Cash Management and Expenses. This role will ensure the day-to-day operational activities are running as expected, resolving incidents, managing updates, performing configurations and performing root cause analysis. This person will also manage all vendors for this functional IT domain, and they will ensure the services being provided by the outsource provider(s) are consistently meeting SLA’s.. This person will be accountable for the support of all technology solutions in Oracle Cloud Account Receivable, Cash Management and Expenses
Responsibilities
- Solution all functional aspects of Oracle Cloud implementation/support for modules Oracle Cloud Accounts Receivable, Cash Management and Expenses Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT management to innovate operations and provide a competitive advantage through technology
- Conduct independent analyses and reviews of technical and business requirements, leveraging expertise in technological alternatives and directions
- Demonstrate deep understanding of Oracle Cloud Accounts Receivable, Cash Management and Expenses
- Responsible for daily support of Oracle Cloud SaaS Application Fusion AR/CM/Exp modules and third-party systems, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Ability to expertly collect and transform business requirements into system functionality
- Investigate new technologies and propose strategies to meet long-term business objectives, adjusting product architecture as needed
- Collaborate and guide application support team on innovative solution and business requirement
- Plan, manage and support Finance module enhancements and operations
- Plan and manage operational changes to the application portfolio driven by business events, process improvements, bug fixes, or software releases
- Lead communication with internal staff and 3rd party service providers as required
- Design and manage Regression testing of applications as required
- Tracks and fully documents change for functional and business specifications; writes detailed universally understood procedures for permanent records and for use in training
- Recognizes, communicates, and escalates concerns relevant to critical path and/or timeline of issues in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in a technical discipline; Masters degree preferred
- Ten years of related experience, In -depth knowledge of associated technology areas that could impact area of responsibility; healthcare technology experience preferred.
- 10+ years of Oracle Finance experience, with 3+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Finance
- 5 + years of experience in leading and managing team
- Project experience and Subject Matter of Expert in Oracle Cloud Account Receivable, Cash Management and Expenses
- Functional Oracle expertise in large US based Hospital and School
- Excellent communication and presentation skills required
- Proven record of working with senior business leaders in developing technology roadmaps and strategies
- Cross-module experience with Oracle Fusion Supply Chain and Projects Costing is a plus
- Experience in delivering IT solutions on time and on budget
- Experienced in Agile methodologies and their implementations in ERP package solutions
- Good working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Finance architecture and administration
- Exceptional customer service orientation and collaboration skills
- Oracle Accounts Receivable certification preferred not required
