  TITLE: On-Site Evening Supervisor for Community Education

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Holds Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
2. Has demonstrated knowledge and ability to supervise programming and personnel
3. Has demonstrated ability to work well with other staff members, students and community members
4. Has demonstrated the ability to communicate effectively with staff, students, parents, media and the community

REPORTS TO: Schools/Community Relations Coordinator

JOB GOAL: To assist the Schools/Community Relations Coordinator with the coordination, implementation and supervision of the Boone County Community Education Program.

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Organize facility set-up for orientation process
2. Assist in orientation procedure
3. Assist in assigning rooms and/or changing room assignments, as appropriate
4. Post classroom and lobby signs, unlock doors and direct participants to appropriate rooms
5. Set up audio-visual equipment when necessary
6. Act as liaison between the school administration and the Schools/ Community Relations Coordinator
7. Provide on-site building supervision of classes
8. Work with staff to successfully implement programming
