On-Call Class A CDL Truck Driver

Are you a Class A CDL driver with proven experience hauling both refrigerated (reefer) and dry van trailers and looking for flexible work and extra income? Responsibilities:

• Safely operate commercial motor vehicles (tractor-trailers) in accordance with all DOT regulations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment, including temperature monitoring systems on reefers.
• Maintain accurate logs and records of driving activities.
• Transport goods to designated locations in a timely and efficient manner.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Clean driving record (MVR).
• Current DOT medical card.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety procedures, including those specific to refrigerated transport.
• 2-3 years of verifiable experience operating both refrigerated and dry van trailers is required.
• Experience with electronic logging devices (ELDs). Samsara preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
