Currently, we are seeking Warehouse Material Supervisor candidates for a position based out of our operation in Greer, SC.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Oversee material delivering to production environment
  • Attend & participate in regular/daily staff and management meetings
  • Convey information to employees in pre-shift meetings
  • Monitor employee safety
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Audit processes and adhere to system controls in place
  • Maintain excellent customer relations
  • Assign and monitor equipment usage
  • Promote good working relations with employees and customers
  • Adapt to a constantly changing environment

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics and/or supply chain management preferred
  • Warehousing Experience: Must have proven ability to inventory, audit, and monitor staff while maintaining time-sensitive delivery of material to production
  • Department Knowledge: Must understand importance of documenting process changes and improvements. Experience writing and revising work instructions (to fit changing environment) preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Problem solving and analytical skills, as well as a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • A competitive and career oriented mindset
