GENERAL SUMMARY: Provide support to the US Navy

LOCATION: Bremerton, WA.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Performs general manual labor tasks onboard U.S. Naval vessels to include loading, unloading, lifting, painting and moving materials. Assists in a variety of additional functions as needed. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the function of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgement. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
  • Experience installing cable and cableway banding (a plus but not mandatory).
  • Fire Watch experience (a plus but not mandatory).

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prospective employees should have 0-2 years of relevant experience
  • Must have High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Prospective employees must be a US Citizen with a Clean Background and able to pass a Drug Screen
  • DBIDS is required.
  • Eligilble for Secret Clearance

BENEFITS: All eligible full time employees will receive Paid Annual Leave (PAL) starting at 23 days per year and raising by one day per year following one full calendar year of employment (January through December).
