We’re seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic, close-knit team! Requirements

  • Lead, design, and organize wellness initiatives and employee events to bring positive energy to all ENGEO offices.
  • Assist with organizational initiatives to support our vision, mission, and values.
  • Assist in the full lifecycle of recruitment, including strategic planning, job description writing, resume review, phone screens, interviews, and reference checks.
  • Research top universities, degree programs, and special certifications.
  • Liaison with our University Outreach and alumni group.
  • Lead our STEM initiative by conducting thorough research, strategic planning, and effective execution.
  • Attend career fairs, STEM events, and other outreach initiatives.
  • Assist with internal professional development and training initiatives.
  • Help coordinate and administer the onboarding and support of our new hires.
  • Collaborate with ENGEO’s marketing team to promote open roles and ENGEO culture.
  • Perform other duties as requested.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience as an HR professional preferred (professional services/consulting industry preferred), recruiting experience a plus
  • Ability to commute to the San Ramon office regularly.

  • Occasional travel to regional offices and university campuses as needed.

$68,640-$72,000
