What makes you successful:

Need to haves:

• 3+ years of HRIS consulting experience
• Strong HRIS configuration and optimization skills, UKG Pro preferred

• Ability to work fully remote and travel 20%-40% as needed for client work.

Nice to haves:

• A completed Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University
• Expert skills in UKG Pro
