American Screening Corporation (ASC) is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Full-Charge Accountant / Accounting Specialist to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage full-cycle accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries, in alignment with ASC’s commitment to excellence.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for management, supporting ASC’s goal of providing transparent and reliable information.
  • Maintain and ensure compliance with GAAP standards, demonstrating ASC’s integrity in all financial operations.
  • Conduct proactive follow-ups on overdue accounts and perform collections calls with professionalism and empathy, fostering ASC’s values of teamwork and customer-first focus.
  • Process payroll and maintain employee expense reports with precision.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes to help ASC achieve financial efficiency and sustainability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and improve financial procedures.
  • Address customer inquiries related to billing and payment issues with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Assist with financial audits and tax preparation as ASC grows its global impact.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not required with significant experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting or a related role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, including experience in collections or customer service.
  • Strong alignment with ASC’s mission, vision, and core values.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and maintain accuracy under deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Compensation: $55,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
