MANUFACTURING SUPERVISOR

 

Flex-Tec,Inc in Byromville is actively interviewing for a Manufacturing Supervisor.

 Key qualifications are:

 ***previous experience supervising a short  completion time cycle and meeting  on time delivery  objectives

***managing direct and indirect labor expense within budget

***managing inventory and  production through Microsoft’s platform

***insuring the plant is operated in a very safe manner

***staffing and training the production staff to meet  quality standards (ISO) 

 

Other requirements include—

*** ability to stand for most of the workday

***lift 35 pounds

***work overtime and Saturdays as needed to meet customer ship dates
