Our client is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will have high energy while possessing the utmost professionalism as this role will certainly play a vital role in the office! The main responsibility of this role will be to make the office run as smoothly as possible while it is also incredibly crucial that our client’s customers, suppliers and collaborators receive a warm welcome in the office!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Job Description

  • Directly support Management in regards various administrative tasks
  • Maintain an organized filing system
  • Assist with the organization and maintenance of the office’s common areas
  • Regularly schedule meetings and appointments while also coordinating complex travel itineraries
  • Coordinate a wide variety of events and daily lunches
  • Track inventory and order office supplies and other related materials as needed
  • Provide administrative support to other departments as needed
  • Serve as direct backup to Office Manager

Qualifications

  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in an administrative role required
  • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) proficiency required
  • Bilingual abilities a major plus
