Foundation Automotive is looking for an Administrative/Accounting Assistant at our Ford Castle Rock, located in Castle Rock. (1404 S Wilcox St, Castle Rock, Colorado 80104) This is a full-time, permanent position within our organization and is on-site: Monday-Friday. 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and accounting support to direct manager and team
  • Manage and track financial reports
  • Tracking invoices and payments
  • Maintain system for organizing company documents
  • Check accounting records for accuracy 
  • Notify senior staff of any accounting errors
  • Enter data into spreadsheets
  • Maintain organization of bookkeeping process
  • Additional responsibilities as needed to support accounting team 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, preferred
  • 0-2 years of related experience
  • High attention to detail
  • MS Office proficiency 
  • Ability to perform basic bookkeeping functions
  • Adhere to company policies
  • Authorization to work in the US
