Foundation Automotive is looking for an Administrative/Accounting Assistant at our Ford Castle Rock, located in Castle Rock. (1404 S Wilcox St, Castle Rock, Colorado 80104) This is a full-time, permanent position within our organization and is on-site: Monday-Friday.Â
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and accounting support to direct manager and team
- Manage and track financial reports
- Tracking invoices and payments
- Maintain system for organizing company documents
- Check accounting records for accuracyÂ
- Notify senior staff of any accounting errors
- Enter data into spreadsheets
- Maintain organization of bookkeeping process
- Additional responsibilities as needed to support accounting teamÂ
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, preferred
- 0-2 years of related experience
- High attention to detail
- MS Office proficiencyÂ
- Ability to perform basic bookkeeping functions
- Adhere to company policies
- Authorization to work in the US
