ADA Compliance Specialist / SME

Job Description

Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas, NV based IT consulting firm, is currently seeking an ADA Compliance Specialist / SME to join our team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience completing ADA Compliance Audits or providing expert ADA compliance services.

SCOPE OF WORK

• Provide training and technical assistance to the organization in complying with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 and compile a report of dates and attendees.
• Offer guidance for surveying polling locations for ADA Compliance.
• Provide reports and assessments of completed surveys to the United State including documenting any disputes, and remediation information monthly.
• Provide guidance for completing election day checklist for ADA Compliance that include notating any temporary measures and reporting these to the United States.
• Analyze and report on data reflecting the organization’s progress in complying with the physical accessibility at poling locations.
• Produce data and other information in a report or tabulated format that are accessible to the United States and the organization.
• Give reasonable notice of any visit or inspection conducted at polling locations.
• Review and provide recommendations regarding the organization’s use of each polling place or ballot drop box locations.
• Review and analyze surveys and proposed remedial measures and assess the quality and sufficiency of the organization’s survey process and implementation of remedial measures.
• Will provide the organization with technical assistance relating to any aspect of the physical accessibility of polling places.
